Garlic Spread

I tried this recipe yesterday that I got from here,  and the whole family voted it a keeper!! It's full of flavor and perfect on French bread.  She said to use a food processor, but we just diced the garlic and mixed it with a spoon.  I didn't have fresh oregano, so I just used my dried oregano. It was perfect!

2 sticks butter, softened
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 TBS basil
2 TBS oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Mix all together and spread on French loaf.
Bake for 10-12 minutes in a preheated 350 oven.
*I put it on broil for a couple of minutes to make the edges crispy.
