Lemon Crumb Muffins

We love just about anything with lemons at our house. I found this recipe here and just had to try it. We were not disappointed!! The only thing I changed, is that I added more lemon juice and zest. We like to really taste the lemon!!
Crumb Topping 
1/4 cup melted butter
3/4 cup plain flour
2 TBS sugar
2 TBS brown sugar
Mix the dry ingredients and then drizzle the melted butter over it. Mix until crumbly.
Preheat oven to 350.
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 TBS lemon juice
zest of 2 lemons
1/4 tsp. salt
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup plain flour
1/2 cup sour cream
Cream the butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla, then juice and zest. Add the flour, salt, baking powder and mix well. Add the sour cream last, until no streaks remain. Divide among paper lined muffin cups.
Bake for 15-18 minutes.
6 TBS powdered sugar
1 TBS lemon juice
Drizzle over muffins.
