Fried Corn

A friend of mine told me about fried corn a couple of weeks ago, and we've now had it 3 times. This stuff is GOOD.  Put a couple of  tablespoons of  butter in the bottom of a skillet. Add some diced up onions and a little bell pepper. It depends on how much you like of each. Cook until they are tender and then add the drained kernal corn. Cook until it's golden colored, as in the picture. This is SO good!

    I've never had that before but it sounds super good.

  3. I make this too, but use plenty of butter and some cream cheese, season with salt, pepper and Mrs Dash.
